Resident in the Darmstadt Technology and Innovation Center (TIZ) componio primarily serves the European market.

In particular the products of the JInstaller™ family are deeply rooted in the project business and have proven themselves in the day-to-day business.

A Vision materializes

componio GmbH was founded in September 2005 by the partners Sebastian Bolt, Fabian Huschka and Thorsten Liese.  The company is the logical and consistent pursuit of a vision, which we already formulated during our studies in 1998 with the dREI C systems GbR.  Thanks to this involvement, we can draw from a rich pool of experience and bundle this in our products.

Namespaces

Since components and objects dominate our everyday work, it was obvious to express this in our company name.  Therefore componio stands for components & intelligent objects and equally underlines our expertise in object-oriented software techniques as well as our ambition to serve the European and international market.
